Little Green Men

Kentucky
Extraterrestrial
Little Green Men
Fig 1. Little Green Men
Diminutive, glowing extraterrestrial entities possessing a metallic, bullet-deflecting biology that enables them to terrorize rural farmhouses with impunity.
Etymology

Known as the 'Hopkinsville Goblins'. The 'green' moniker was artificially added by media sensationalism, as early reports described them exclusively as silver or dark figures.

Anatomy

Standing two to four feet tall, they feature large pointed ears, spindly legs, claw-like hands, and glowing yellow eyes. Their physiology appeared impenetrable, with witnesses claiming bullets sounded like they were striking a metal bucket.

Ecology

Manifested during a single chaotic evening in 1955 on an isolated rural farmhouse in Christian County, Kentucky.

Behavior

They exhibit highly persistent, unnerving behavior, floating through trees, popping up at doorways, and peering through windows for several hours.

Mythology

Five adults and seven children engaged in a four-hour gunfight with the creatures. The U.S. Air Force's Project Blue Book classified it as a hoax, while modern psychologists and skeptics study the event as a textbook example of mass excitement and misidentification of aggressive, bioluminescent great horned owls.
